A little about me...
I am a qualified Life Coach as well as a Health and Wellness Coach. With over 20 years in various stressful roles in Product Development, my own health was often neglected. As a breast cancer survivor, I realised how healthy habits helped me navigate treatment, and that's when I decided I needed to share my learnings with others.
I focus on stress recovery, cancer survivorship and holistic habit change, guiding people to a life of energy, balance and sustainable habits.
Each coaching session is typically 45 - 60 minutes. I mostly operate virtually, but I do offer in-person packages to Cape Town-based clients too.
I'd like my clients to think of me as their personal cheerleader, leaning on me for guidance and support when they are not feeling their best.

I love the outdoors - from the mountain to the sea and everywhere in between, its where I feel most grounded.
